Good prices and rooms are great i like the place like the staff and the room service whenever i need to exted they helped me to do it smoothly and whenever i request something they will make sure i get it.
Bargain. My room was clean. Bed was clean. Fridge was cold. Microwave worked. Now, it's outdated, and may have wear n tear. But my needs were met. No bugs at all. Respectful neighbors. Big room too. TV could be bigger and have a swivel mount. Chairs were the metal style. I bought a cushion for my stay. On Fri there was like a block party. But the noise was off at 830. I probably missed out.
Staff is friendly but the cleanliness could be more paid attention to. In 1 room electrical tape on the cord was messy. Dust on the toilets. Walls looked very shabby. Location was great but more attention to smaller details by housekeeping staff could be done. I would stay again.
This place claims online that they do provide free complimentary breakfast. Their room rents are according to that, but in actual, they don't. Other than that, all was good. Property manager lady was humble & soft spoken. Rooms were clean overall.
Staff was very kind. New management really cleaned up!!! Rooms were surprisingly nicely renovated.
If you're looking for something nice & affordable, this is it. There's a few stores/ restaurants nearby. The only downside is the room service. We were told the room gets cleaned twice a week. Stayed for 6 months, no one came & mold began to grow on the bathroom walls
After being displaced and losing all we owned from hurricane Milton wife and I and our Chihuahua where picked up by our daughter and brought up to Racine. We stayed in knights Inn Racine for 3 months and was made comfortable by price, courtesy and great people helping make our stay the best they could. Felt safe every day we where there. Do now have to add today February 13th 2025 I'm still waiting for payment refund for deposit of $300.00 & 12 days early checkout that was prepaid $1200.00 for 28 days stay. Have made several attempts in resolution by phone with office and nothing but has been refunded since January 15th, 2024. I heard 7-15 days twice 28 days ago.
I have no complaints other than noisey neighbors and other residents but that's not the fault of the establishment. Otherwise, service was great. Beds are the stiffer type but were still surprisingly comfortable. The pillows felt like clouds and their comforters are SO warm for how thin they seem. I wanted to take them home haha
